I may have not paid attention enough backing into my parking spot. The fence is apparently still fairly sturdy.
Apart from a crack on the driver’s side, you’d never know. It pushed back in place just fine.
So do I drill holes on either side of the crack and stitch it up with black zip ties?

sad face. I would find out what broke and 2 part the tabs back on until you can get an ARB

Nothing looks broken (excepting the crack in the bumper shell) but the passenger side fender liner got stretched hard.
An ARB isn’t in the cards. I’m pretty sure a lift is, though - finally!
I just need to get on the phone and get it organised.

Ah, another V8 4Runner, why can I not have one of these for my own! They are all around me. Such a good combo. And white is absolutely the right color!
Epoxy has worked amazingly well for me for my over-fenders, 3 out of 4 have snapped off for different reasons, mostly dumb ones involving hitting rocks. Get the stuff specifically for plastic. It works though, may not be the last time you rip that one off, it’s a little delicate. I do like that steel bumper on the RickRunner, good approach, beefy, attachment points, all the good things. Demello?
Have you looked at trimming the lower portion and see what that looks like? Sometimes it’s more function than looks but it may prevent a future oops.
